First, committing to the long haul. We have to have a long view of this (i.e. more is needed than 1 $10 text donation- it's going to take years of donations, service, etc.). Also included in the blog, praying for Haiti every night with my family. A final thing is keeping in touch with missionaries (long and short term) that I know who are serving in Haiti.
